2MOON FUTURES: QUICKSTART

You are less than 15 minutes away from fully automated futures trading in your account. Follow the steps below. If at any point you have issues please contact us at support@2moon.ai.

Step 1: Visit 2MOON.AI and click subscribe button


Step 2: Select Alerts Elite (21 Day FREE Trial)


Step 3: Enter your contact details, payment instructions, and click Sign Up

You will not be charged until the 21 day trial period is over, if you wish to cancel you may at any point in time via the 2MOON.AI website.

Step 4: Confirm your email address

  • Next you will be sent a confirmation email
  • If you do not receive an email from support@2moon.ai within 5 minutes please check your spam folder
  • Select "Confirm your account."
  • You will be redirected to the 2MOON site and prompted to create a password
  • Please remember your login information, as you will need to use it to log into the app

Step 5: Download the 2MOON Mobile App

  • After confirming email:
  • On mobile, download the 2MOON app.

Step 6: Log into App & Accept Terms

  • Open the 2MOON Alerts app on your mobile device.
  • Log in, review, and accept the Disclaimer

Futures Automation:

Signing up for Tradovate for use with 2MOON

Tradovate is our preferred futures trading platform. We have had phenomenal success with our integration, support, and they have always provided us with excellent pricing and fast execution. If you do not have a Tradovate Account please proceed with Step 7 Below. If you do have a Tradovate account skip to ​Step 11 below.​

(Less than 5 minutes w/active Tradovate Account)

Step 7: Confirm Your Email

  • The following information should be used as guidance in filling out your Tradovate application. Note that they may ask additional question and or change the application process at any time. 2MOON has no control over this application process. Any inquiries should be delivered to Tradovate directly.
  • Visit Tradovate.com is a futures brokerage that is completely separate from 2MOON, but it is our futures broker of choice.
  • Click Open Acct
  • Enter your email address and click signup


Step 8: Confirm Your Email

  • You will now be sent a confirmation email.
  • Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it within 5 minutes. If you are still unable to locate the email, please double check that you entered your email address correctly in Tradovate.
  • Go to your email inbox, locate the email from no-reply-email@tradovate.com, with the subject line "Please confirm email," and select "confirm email address."
  • Upon clicking the "Confirm Email Address" button, you will be redirected to a new window of Tradovate

Step 9: Set a Username & Password

  • Create a username and password.
  • Review and agree to the Tradovate terms and conditions, and select "Create User."
  • Remember this information, as you will need it later to connect your Tradovate account to your 2MOON account

Step 10: Identity Verification and Customer Profile

The following information should be used as guidance in filling out your Tradovate application. Note that they may ask additional question and or change the application process at any time. 2MOON has no control over this application process. Any inquiries should be delivered to Tradovate






Step 11: Getting Started in the 2MOON App


  • Select the profile icon in the top right
  • Your screen should now look like the image below, allowing you to switch from futures to options.
  • For now, select Futures

Step 12: Configure Futures


  • You will now be presented with your visible demo account, select your Demo Acct
  • You will now be returned to the futures alerts screen where you will start alerts as trades are sent to your account
  • You can validate what futures account is connected to 2MOON at any point below "Connect Account"

  • You will be now presented with your visible demo account, select, your DEMO acct
  • You will now be returned to the futures alerts screen, where you will start seeing alerts as trades are set to your account
  • You can validate what futures account is connected to 2MOON at any point below "Connect Account"


Step 13: Checking Your Work

  1. Click profile icon in the top right again, you will see your Tradovate account name as "Connected Broker, followed by the Tradovate Acct Number"
  1. This means you have successfully connected Tradovate to 2MOON2. NOTE: ALL USERS will start in "DEMO" aka (Live Mode Unselected); this is mandatory to ensure there are no Tradovate Account issues, and it will allow new customers to observe simulated PNL before going live
  1. Once users have successfully traded for a week with no technical issues4. Please email support@2moon.ai and we can enable live modea. Or find us on Discord and open a ticket. After setup we recommend that users reset their DEMO acct value to what they plan to fund their acct with. Instructions can be found here:
  1. You are all ready to start receiving trades to your DEMO acct! Nothing more is needed from subscribers.
  1. Notes for new users: All PNL activity and trades can be tracked via Tradovate. All incoming trades will be logged ot the 2MOON mobile app, tho no action is required of the user, we provide this for informational purposes only. Tradovate displays active positions and closed positions in their mobile and web application. For more information on how to navigate and use tradovate, see here
  1. Final Recommendation: It is advisable that users reset their Tradovate Demo acct to a value that they plan on opening their account with. Instructions can be found here:
